Seminar Description:
This presentation will begin with a brief overview of state charitable solicitation laws, followed by a discussion of the real-world impact of these laws. Current hot topics will then be discussed, along with an innovative proposal for bringing solicitation regulation into the Digital Age. There will be time at the end to ask questions and share ideas and experiences.
